The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rambo looks for a takedown but Crushington sprawls well.
Crushington is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Rambo's half guard.
Rambo moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Rambo is looking for a triangle but Crushington pushes his legs off easily.
Crushington really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rambo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Rambo is trying to keep Crushington in close.
Crushington drops back, looking for a kneebar! Rambo looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Rambo looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Rambo!

Rambo throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Crushington's waist but Crushington gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Rambo off to one side.
Crushington stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Crushington wants it to stay on the feet.

Crushington closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Rambo to the mat! Rambo manages to get full guard.

Crushington is working to tighten is grip on Rambo's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Rambo has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Crushington is really squeezing tight and eventually Rambo passes out! Crushington breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
