Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kabuko Nabakenya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Azrael Young (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nabakenya comes into the arena with Stand up and shout (Steel Dragon) blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nabakenya looks to land a combination but Young avoids it well.
Nabakenya digs a good body shot into Young's ribs.

Young shoots in and drives through. Nabakenya sprawls well.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Nabakenya get's back to his feet.

Nabakenya bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Young's head backwards.
Young looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Sloppy strikes from Nabakenya. Those never looked like landing.
Young seems to have recovered his senses.
Nabakenya throws the left hand but Young avoids the punch easily.

Young is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Nabakenya to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Nabakenya shrugs it off.
Young is working for a guillotine from mount but Nabakenya frees his head quite easily.

Young can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Nabakenya is looking to escape.
Young throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Nabakenya because Young loaded up on that one.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Nabakenya tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Young thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Young misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Young fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Nabakenya avoids it really well and circles away.

Young changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Nabakenya tries to avoid it but Young manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Nabakenya to the ground. Nabakenya escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
