The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Augustus misses with a two punch combination.
LaCroix shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Augustus as he avoids it easily.
LaCroix fails with the takedown.
Augustus throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck LaCroix on the side of the head.
Augustus scores with a one two! LaCroix had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Good leg kick by Augustus there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Augustus lands a nice hook to LaCroix's body. LaCroix takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
