Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bembol Oblaks! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Johnny Deep! The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, John Mangel and Skip Squint.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Oblaks pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Oblaks is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Deep's half guard. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Deep is looking to improve his position.
Oblaks seems to be looking for submissions.
Oblaks trying to work for an americana but Deep has managed to regain full guard.
Deep keeping moving, preventing Oblaks from controlling successfully. Oblaks wanted to stand there but Deep had control of the position.
Oblaks drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Deep dives on top into guard.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Oblaks not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Oblaks keeping moving, preventing Deep from controlling successfully. Deep prevents Oblaks from getting back to his feet. Oblaks being controlled here, momentarily. Oblaks is trying to control the position but Deep postures up. Deep wants to control from the top but Oblaks keeps moving.
 We're going to have a standup here because Bembol Oblaks wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Deep shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Oblaks defends it nicely.
Oblaks shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Deep is trying to defend but Oblaks finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Deep has a hand on Oblaks's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Oblaks takes advantage of the position though and mounts him! Oblaks trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Oblaks is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Deep is surviving well by controlling Oblaks's body position as best he can. Deep is trying desperately to improve position.
 That's three minutes gone in the round.
Oblaks goes for an armbar but Deep turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Deep. Deep looking to pass the guard.
Oblaks is looking to sinch up a triangle. Deep throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Oblaks's body to avoid the submission. Oblaks has instead reached around Deep's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Oblaks arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Bembol Oblaks!
