Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 113 - 0, fighting out of London, Mr Jobber! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Easy Win ! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, James Ackerman and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A clash of legs there as Win blocks the low kick. Win should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Win looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Win looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Jobber is rocked! It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Win won't allow Jobber to get back to his feet. Oh Jobber is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Win wants to control from the top but Jobber keeps moving. Jobber manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Win takes the fight into the clinch. Win lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jobber looks like he's trying to stand up.
Win is looking to take a break and control but Jobber is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Win trying to control from Jobber's half guard. Jobber has other ideas though and has regained full guard. Jobber uses the cage to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Win checks a low kick from Jobber. Jobber does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Win checks a leg kick nicely. Win misses with a combination
and Jobber counters with a slapping leg kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jobber fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Win checks it well. Win checks a leg kick. Jobber misses with a low kick as Win jumps back. Jobber throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Jobber misses with a low kick as Win jumps back. Jobber ducks under a wild hook from Win . Win shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. You get the feeling that Jobber really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Win swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Jobber is now in Win 's guard. A big mistake from Win there, giving up the dominant position! Jobber postures up.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Jobber stops Win from standing up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Easy Win dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Jobber misses with a low kick as Win jumps back. Mr Jobber is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Jobber tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Jobber connects with a leg kick. Win looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Jobber connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Jobber misses with a low kick. Jobber connects with a solid leg kick. Win is breathing heavily. Jobber is looking to chop away at Win 's legs. Jobber thumps Win with a low kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jobber fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Mr Jobber is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Win swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Jobber counters with a low kick, right behind Win 's knee. Win checks a low kick from Jobber. That kick from Jobber tenderised Win 's leg. Win is trying to keep his angry face on. Jobber throws a leg kick and Win moves into the clinch. Jobber breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Jobber throws a solid leg kick but Win takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Jobber.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jobber throws a nice outside leg kick. Win changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jobber looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Jobber is trying to escape and get back to his feet. The ground and pound from Win seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Win decides to stand back up. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Jobber tries to keep at a distance but Win has taken the fight into the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jobber breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
The fight moves into the clinch position. Win taking a breather. Win drags the fight down to the ground.
Win is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Win working for a triangle but Jobber defends it easily.
Win working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Jobber doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Jobber manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Easy Win will probably get the nod - 10:9. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Jobber wants to slow Win down by chopping away at his legs. Easy Win seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jobber chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Win 's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Jobber tries to land a leg kick but Win saw it coming and moves away.
Jobber really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Win checks a low kick from Jobber. Jobber finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Win swings and misses with a shot to the body and Jobber counters with a low kick, right behind Win 's knee. Win takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jobber tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Jobber.
Win checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Win blocks a low kick nicely. Jobber throws a nice inside leg kick. A bone on bone clash there as Win blocks the leg kick.
Jobber tries a low kick but Win avoids it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Win checks a low kick from Jobber. Jobber shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Win changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jobber looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Jobber wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Win trying to control the position but Jobber is working away. Jobber bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Win scores with a takedown into Jobber's guard. Jobber utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Jobber keeping full guard, as Win tries to pass.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Win has gone for a leg lock! Jobber slips out almost immediately though and dives into Win 's guard. Win has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Jobber is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Win . Mr Jobber has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Easy Win is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. You can see the frustration on Win 's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Mr Jobber. I think Win has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
