Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Karl Brian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yaropolk Ubersox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Karl Brian is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Karl Brian! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Yaropolk Ubersox! The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Jorge Garcia and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brian throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Brian slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Ubersox looks for a takedown but Brian sprawls well. Yaropolk Ubersox seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ubersox fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Ubersox shoots in but no luck this time. Karl Brian has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Yaropolk Ubersox. Ubersox shoots in for a double leg but Brian sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. A nice inside leg kick there by Brian. That's going to slow Ubersox down. Brian shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Ubersox's guard. Brian is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Ubersox is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Ubersox has escaped and now he's on top! Ubersox drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Brian manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Ubersox has Brian in his guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ubersox working for a triangle but Brian defends it easily.
Ubersox looks gassed! Ubersox has momentary wrist control but Brian slips an elbow through the middle.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Brian throws a big right hand that misses. Brian might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Ubersox is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. It looks like Ubersox is going to stand back up.
Ubersox seems to be looking for submissions.
Brian is holding on to half guard well. Ubersox wants to pass to mount but Brian is defending the position. Brian has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Ubersox is working away from the top position though.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ubersox is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Brian tries to get to full guard but Ubersox has control of the leg. Brian has one foot on Ubersox's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Brian clinches. Both guys are working to get underhooks. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. Brian drags the fight down to the ground.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Brian is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Brian wants to stand and escape but Ubersox is having none of it. Brian looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Ubersox pushing down on Brian's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Brian is trying to get back to full guard. Ubersox seems to be working for a kimura but Brian defends the submission attempt. Ubersox is trying for a kimura here. Brian looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Ubersox wins by kimura!
