Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paolo Souza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Emil Blonksy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paolo Souza looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
20 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Paolo Souza! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Emil Blonksy! The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Anni Minnemäki and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Blonksy bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Souza throws a hook to the side of Blonksy's head but Blonksy sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Blonksy staying out of range there. Blonksy on the wrong end of a nice hook. Souza swats away the attempt to clinch by Blonksy. Blonksy lands a right hook to the body.
Blonksy moves in looking to clinch but Souza pushes him off. Souza is trying hard to land a takedown here. Blonksy sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. A shot to the body from Souza misses and Blonksy counters with a nice uppercut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Souza throws out a loose jab but Blonksy uses good head movement to avoid it. Blonksy tries to close the distance and clinch but Souza swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Blonksy fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Souza, pushing him back against the cage. Blonksy is trying to break the clinch but Souza is controlling him. Souza has hold of one of Blonksy's legs. Blonksy is fighting the takedown attempt but Souza gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Blonksy wants to stand but Souza is controlling the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Souza is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Souza working some strikes from top position. Souza trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Souza works a leg free and moves into half guard. Blonksy wants to get back to his feet.
Souza is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Blonksy is just riding it out for now. Souza eventually gives up the hold.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Souza not landing any meaningful shots this time. Souza is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Souza looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Souza throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Blonksy really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Souza. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Nice strikes from Souza there. Souza seems to be looking for submissions.
Souza trying to control the action but Blonksy is working from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Souza thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Blonksy avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Souza. Souza is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Blonksy has managed to free his arm - good work. Blonksy pushes Souza off but Souza dives into side control.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Blonksy dodges the ground and pound from Souza. Souza taking a breather here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Paolo Souza dominated that round. That's time! Souza's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Souza throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Souza looks to land a combination but Blonksy avoids it well. Some wild striking there from Souza.

It looks like Paolo Souza has been cut. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Souza misses with a hook. Blonksy fails with an attempt to clinch.
Souza throws a nice looking combination but Blonksy bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Souza ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Blonksy moves away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Blonksy keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Souza. Blonksy lands with an overhand left. Souza throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Blonksy connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Souza is rocked! Blonksy clinches up with Souza and pushes him back against the cage. Souza has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. A short uppercut from Blonksy. Oh Souza is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! The referee calls for Blonksy to work.
Blonksy pushes Souza against the cage. Blonksy is working some dirty boxing. Blonksy pushes off with a quick right hook! Souza goes down! Souza tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Blonksy moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:37 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Emil Blonksy! A very excited looking Emil Blonksy made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
