Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zaknafein DoUrden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Royce Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva fails with a takedown attempt.
Silva will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
DoUrden feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
DoUrden seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Silva has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but DoUrden can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Zaknafein DoUrden has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Royce Silva.
Silva is looking for a takedown up against the cage. DoUrden gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Silva wants the takedown. DoUrden is fighting it off but Silva persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in DoUrden's guard against the cage.
DoUrden could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
DoUrden lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Silva!

DoUrden slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
DoUrden's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
