The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Le tries to land a front kick but Rocha steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Rocha throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Le throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Rocha misses with a body kick.
Rocha has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Le.
Le throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
A low kick from Rocha is predictable there
and Le finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.

Rocha tries to score with a low kick but Le moves his leg out of the way.

Le sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

It looks like Cung Le has been cut.
Rocha pivots, looking for a leg kick but Le is out of range and Rocha settles back down.
Le tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Rocha feints and then cracks Le's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Le down.

Rocha lands a big head kick that sends Le tumbling to the mat! Rocha takes a step backwards and waves Le back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Le is rocked!

Le takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Le stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Rocha.
