Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Strygwyr Ghyl (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Warren Taller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Ren Mimura and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Ghyl as Taller shoots in.

so Taller counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Ghyl wants to stand but Taller is controlling the position.
Taller forces his way into half guard.

Taller takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Taller is nestled in close to Ghyl, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Taller is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Ghyl is just riding it out for now. Taller eventually gives up the hold.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Taller connects with a nice short shot to Ghyl's temple.

Ghyl tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Taller cranks the arm and Ghyl screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Ghyl, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
