The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bowen wants to clinch up but Myers keeps it at a distance.

Bowen lands a left and a right that send Myers crashing to the mat, dazed. Bowen thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Michael Myers has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Myers wants to clinch up but Bowen keeps it at a distance.

That has opened up Makebono Bowen's cut even more.
Bowen pushes off an throws an elbow but Myers leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Bowen is looking to break free of the clinch but Myers has double underhooks.
Bowen tries to circle away but Myers has him pinned against the cage.
Myers comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

The cut above Makebono Bowen's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Bowen manages to break the clinch.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Myers tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Bowen manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Myers moves in looking to clinch but Bowen pushes him off.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bowen wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Myers has him pressed against the cage.

Makebono Bowen's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Makebono Bowen's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Michael Myers made sure to give a little speech post fight, saying 'Tonight a pig chopper flew so low to the roof that the floor was shaking. I thought it was the mothership, the thing was so loud. Why doesn't someone shoot these fuckers out of the sky?'.
