Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Don Brazini (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergej Boskov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Don Brazini!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sergej Boskov!
The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Aleksandr Martynov and Valeri Chadov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boskov takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Boskov closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Boskov connects with a nice short shot to Brazini's temple.
Boskov looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Brazini with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Don Brazini is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Boskov looks to land a body kick but Brazini moved away.

Boskov feints and as Brazini raises his hands in defense, Boskov changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Boskov looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Boskov feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Boskov scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Brazini is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Boskov can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
