3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Zhou Fei Chi Song! The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Summer Carpenter and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fei Chi Song throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Fei Chi Song. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Fei Chi Song controlling the position from side mount. You can see the frustration on Ashkenazi's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Fei Chi Song controls the position. Fei Chi Song lands a few punches from side control.
It looks like Gabriel Joshua Ashkenazi has been cut. Ashkenazi is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Ashkenazi is working hard here to advance position. Ashkenazi really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Fei Chi Song stands up and we're back to a striking position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fei Chi Song dives in and scores a takedown into Ashkenazi's guard. Fei Chi Song gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Fei Chi Song misses with a left hand and Ashkenazi counters with a head kick. Ashkenazi takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Fei Chi Song lands a nice hook to Ashkenazi's body. Ashkenazi takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Ashkenazi is breathing heavily. Fei Chi Song ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. A head kick misses from Ashkenazi. Fei Chi Song scores with a hook to the body. Ashkenazi takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. A nice combination there by Fei Chi Song.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Fei Chi Song looking to score a takedown here. Ashkenazi is defending well but Fei Chi Song drives through and ends up in Ashkenazi's guard. Fei Chi Song engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Ashkenazi will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Fei Chi Song content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Ashkenazi is rocked! Fei Chi Song decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Fei Chi Song is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Ashkenazi's half guard. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Fei Chi Song stands up and beckons Ashkenazi to join him on the feet. Fei Chi Song ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Ashkenazi looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Oh Ashkenazi is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Fei Chi Song cracks Ashkenazi on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Ashkenazi falls backwards against the ropes. Fei Chi Song follows up with more strikes that drop Ashkenazi to his knees. Fei Chi Song keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Ashkenazi! This one is all over!
