The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Bruno Hogan and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rowlah will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Self avoids the body shot from Rowlah.
Self is looking to clinch but Rowlah is avoiding it.
Self tries to clinch but Rowlah moves out of range.
Self displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Rowlah throws out the jab.
Rowlah throws a jab but it's blocked by Self.
Rowlah misses with a body shot.
Self lands with an uppercut that bounces Rowlah off the cage and back into range.
Nice jab there from Self.
It looks like Jonah Rowlah has been cut.
Rowlah throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Self chopping away at his opponent's legs.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Rowlah misses with a right hand
and Self cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Rowlah jabs Self right on the nose. Self blinks but takes it well.

Rowlah looks to throw the jab but Self is out of range.
Rowlah takes a swing at Self's ribcage but misses.
Self wants to clinch.
Self bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Rowlah's head.
Self throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Rowlah stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Jonah Rowlah seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rowlah takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Self throws a series of punches but Rowlah moves out of range.
Self lands a jab to Rowlah's midsection.
Self lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Self uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Rowlah.
Rowlah thuds a left hand into Self's body.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Self walks into a stiff left hand from Rowlah.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Rowlah looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Self is fending him off so far but Rowlah persists. Nope, Self circles away and we're back to standing.
The fight stays on the outside here - Self looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Self instigates a clinch.
Rowlah breaks from the clinch.
Self scoring well with a low kick there.
Self moves to clinch but Rowlah breaks away
and Rowlah counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Rowlah throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A good leg kick by Self.
Self moves to clinch but Rowlah breaks away
and Rowlah counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Rowlah throws a nice looking combination but Self bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Rowlah throws a big shot that misses.
Self thuds a left hand into Rowlah's body.
Rowlah thows a body shot but no joy.
Rowlah throws a right hand that misses
letting Self counter with a right hand.
Rowlah punishes Self's body with a nice straight punch.
Rowlah misses with a double jab
and Self counters with a crisp right hand that drops Rowlah! Self lets Rowlah back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Rowlah is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Self closes the distance and clinches.
Oh Rowlah is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Self breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Self scores with a nice strike.
Self tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Self tries to close the distance and clinch up but Rowlah swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Self pushes Rowlah up against the cage in a clinch.
Self throws a big uppercut that drops Rowlah! More strikes from Self and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Rowlah lies dazed against the cage as Self celebrates with his cornermen!
