Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ray Guido (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Ghirardi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Guido comes to the cage accompanied by Strictly Business. Ghirardi has chosen go to sleep as his entrance music. Ray Guido has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ghirardi doesn't manage to clinch there - Guido circles away.
Guido clinches but Ghirardi breaks the clinch
and Ghirardi counters with a big head kick but Guido shrugs it off.
Ghirardi is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Guido tries to score a body lock takedown but Ghirardi shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Ghirardi wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Guido has him pressed against the cage.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

No joy there for Ghirardi, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
