Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alistair Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cristiano Couto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Couto is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by HellBringer - HellBringer. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Cristiano Couto!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Richard Clark and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Couto wants to clinch.
A punch combination from Anderson misses.
Couto chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Anderson can pounce on him.
Anderson lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Anderson gets a clinch.
Anderson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Anderson displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Couto.
Couto fails to land the takedown.
Alistair Anderson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Couto shoots in looking for a takedown but Anderson manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Couto's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Alistair Anderson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cristiano Couto.
Couto walks into a straight right hand from Anderson.
It looks like Cristiano Couto has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Couto misses with a takedown attempt
and Anderson counters with a nice uppercut.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Couto.
Anderson looks to land a right hand but Couto moved out of range.
Couto takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Anderson connects with a body shot.

Anderson looks to land a combination but Couto avoids it well.
Anderson throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Couto's head.
Couto on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Anderson. Anderson obviously looking to wear him down.
Anderson clobbers Couto with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Anderson lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Couto will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Anderson moves into the clinch.
Anderson manages to break the clinch.
Couto is trying desperately to land a takedown but Anderson is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Couto.

Anderson has managed to clinch.
Anderson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Anderson lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
That has opened up Cristiano Couto's cut even more.
Couto takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Anderson lands a leg kick that knocks Couto off balance momentarily.

Anderson closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Anderson lands a jab.
The cut above Cristiano Couto's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Anderson cracks Couto with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Anderson cracks the inside of Couto's front leg.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Anderson, as that shot connected.

Cristiano Couto's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The crowd cheers as Anderson lands an impressive looking overhand right. Couto doesn't seem phased though.
Anderson lands a jab to the nose.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Cristiano Couto's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Alistair Anderson!
Alistair Anderson was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
