The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Creston closes the distance looking to clinch
and Orochi counters with a slapping leg kick.

Orochi wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Orochi looks to land a left hand but Creston moved out of range nicely.
Orochi is looking to wear down Creston with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Creston misses with an uppercut. Orochi saw that one coming.
Orochi tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

and Creston counters with a shoot takedown. Orochi fights it but they end up in guard.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Creston stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Orochi swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Orochi escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Creston gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Orochi has control of Creston's left arm, preventing Creston from doing any damage.
Orochi is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Orochi doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

Creston's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Creston drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Creston jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Orochi escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Creston gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Orochi bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Creston's guard.
Creston wants to sweep here but Orochi controlling him for the moment.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Creston had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Orochi defends it easily.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Orochi throws a body punch but Creston moves out of range.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Creston is breathing heavily.

Orochi shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Creston eats them both and turns towards Orochi to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
It looks like Sarmith Creston has been cut.

Orochi lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Creston moves out of range as Orochi throws a body kick.
Orochi throws a sloppy head kick and Creston moves out of range easily.
Orochi lands a big uppercut and Creston crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Creston looks OK. Orochi waves Creston back to his feet!

Creston walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Creston has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Creston and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Orochi, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
