Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sub Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stephan Walter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Sub Jones! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Stephan Walter! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Andrew Berry and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jones lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Walter circles away quickly and effectively. Jones shoots in for a double leg but Walter sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Jones gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Walter throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Walter throws the left hand but Jones avoids the punch easily. Walter throws a right hand that misses
and Jones counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Walter! Jones trying to control but Walter is having none of it. Walter bucks up and throws Jones to the side - he's got back to his feet. Great escape! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Walter lands a nice looking body shot.
Walter misses with a hook to the body
and Jones counters with a one-two to the body. Danga de danga de dang - Walter scores with a four punch combination! Jones throws a right hand that Walter ducks under and follows up with a left that Walter also avoids with ease.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jones lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
It looks like Stephan Walter has been cut. Jones throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Walter misses with a combination
and Jones counters with a nice double leg into side control. Walter won't be happy with that. Jones is looking to take a break and control but Walter is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Jones wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Walter, who protects the arm well. Walter wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Jones is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Walter is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Jones misses with the ground and pound. Walter is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Jones is controlling him well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jones creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Walter sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Walter is trying to buck Jones off. Walter really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jones. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Jones tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Jones has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Jones is trying to get an arm triangle but Walter is defending well. Walter is trying to get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jones misses with the ground and pound. Jones tries for a kimura but Walter is defending well. Walter is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Jones has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Walter throws the kick towards the body but Jones avoids it. Jones throws a series of punches but Walter avoids them all with ease. Walter throws a nice looking combination but Jones bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Walter tries to bum rush Jones with a series of wild strikes but Jones uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Some wild striking there from Walter.
Jones jabs Walter to the body, keeping him at a distance. Walter throws a lazy uppercut
and Jones counters with a nice uppercut. Walter comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Walter throws a lazy right hand but Jones sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Walter pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Walter lands with an overhand left. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Jones swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Jones shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Walter pinned against the cage. Walter gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Walter throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Jones sees it coming and avoids it easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sub Jones dominated that round. The cut man is working on Stephan Walter's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Walter misses with a jab, cross combination.
Jones closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Walter quickly recovers to half guard. Jones seems to be working for a kimura but Walter defends the submission attempt. Jones stops Walter from getting back to his feet.
Walter is not content to let Jones control the position. Walter is trying to stand.

That's one minute gone in the round. Jones is keen to just control but Walter is a slippery customer. Jones is trying to work for a kimura but Walter is defending well.
Jones seems to be trying to get a kimura but instead Walter has recovered full guard. Jones tries to free his leg and advance position but Walter is retaining full guard. Jones trying to control but Walter is working from the bottom. Jones won't allow Walter to get back to his feet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jones keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Walter's head. Sub Jones overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Walter is looking to stand up but Jones isn't so interested in that idea. Jones trying to control the position from guard on top but Walter is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Jones missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Jones trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Jones prevents Walter from getting back to his feet. Jones pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Walter is keeping the position for now. Jones trying to control the position from guard on top but Walter is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Walter wants to get back to his feet but Jones is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Walter keeping moving, preventing Jones from controlling successfully. Walter wants to get back to his feet but Jones is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Jones throwing strikes but missing. Jones wants to control from the top but Walter keeps moving. Jones stops Walter from standing up. Walter preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Jones postures up in Walter's guard and throws a big left but Walter blocks it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Walter is looking to stand up but Jones isn't so interested in that idea. Jones lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Jones has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Walter is proving hard to escape from. Walter keeping moving, preventing Jones from controlling successfully. Jones trying to stand up but can't free himself from Walter's guard. Jones prevents Walter from getting back to his feet. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Walter avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Jones cracks Walter with a solid left hand. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Walter wants to stand and escape but Jones is having none of it. Walter is breathing heavily. Jones chips away with some ground and pound. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sub Jones dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Stephan Walter's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Jones drives through and clinches with Walter against the cage.
Jones wants to get back to striking at distance but Walter won't allow it.
Walter wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Walter is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Jones is trying to break the clinch but Walter has him pressed against the cage. Jones wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Walter has him pressed against the cage. Walter wants to break the clinch but can't.
Walter escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Walter throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Jones. Walter tries to bum rush Jones with a series of wild strikes but Jones uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Walter looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Walter looks for the body kick but Jones saw that one coming. Jones scores with a leg kick.
Walter takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Jones throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Sub Jones is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
That's one minute gone in the round. Walter misses with a double jab.
Walter is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Jones. Walter throws out a loose jab but Jones uses good head movement to avoid it. Jones throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Walter's waist but Walter gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jones off to one side. Walter looks to throw the jab but Jones is out of range. Walter throws a body kick, spinning off balance and Jones counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Walter throws a jab but it's blocked by Jones. Walter avoids a punch combination nicely.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Walter throws an off balance right hand
and Jones counters with a nice double leg into side control. Walter won't be happy with that. Jones looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Walter is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Jones has just dragged him back down to the mat. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Jones thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Walter wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Jones working the ground and pound but Walter is defending the strikes. Jones wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Walter, who protects the arm well. Jones is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Walter knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jones is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Walter has escaped the position, nice work there. Sub Jones is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Walter wants to get back to his feet. Jones tries for a kimura but Walter is defending well. Jones wants to lay and pray for a moment but Walter keeps working.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Walter is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Jones is controlling him well. Jones trying to control the position but Walter is working away. Walter is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Walter is looking to get back to his feet here but Jones is keeping cool and he's managed to take Walter's back. Walter is trying to get back to his feet but Jones has full control of the position and if anything, Walter has just worked his way into a worse spot. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Jones is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Walter has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here. Walter has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke.
And that's the end of the fight! Sub Jones showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Jones, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
