Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dell Trotter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Malvin Maldi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Maldi's choice of entrance music: Loituma TECHNO!. This should be fireworks!

The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Anni Minnemäki and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Maldi.
Trotter throws a left and a right that both miss
and Maldi counters with a shoot takedown. Trotter fights it but they end up in guard.
Maldi with a flurry of punches that miss.
Trotter is trying to control the position but Maldi postures up.
Trotter will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Trotter accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Maldi is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Maldi wants to take a breather but Trotter is having none of it.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

That's time! Trotter's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Trotter shoots in and drives through. Maldi sprawls well.
Maldi swings for the body but Trotter moves out of range.
Trotter pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Maldi wants to clinch.
Maldi fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Trotter has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Maldi throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Trotter stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Maldi tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Trotter paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Maldi finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

Maldi lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Maldi uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Trotter.
Trotter darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

Trotter is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Maldi content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.

Maldi has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Trotter is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Maldi yanks on the arm and Trotter is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Maldi.
