Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nevar Fury (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lino Bastardi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Bastardi's choice of entrance music: Indestructible- Disturbed. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Chris Saunders and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bastardi checks a leg kick nicely.
Bastardi shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Fury but Fury pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Nevar Fury seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fury fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Bastardi to the ground. Fury is now in Bastardi's guard.
Fury has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Fury avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Bastardi will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Bastardi has his foot on Fury's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Fury works his way back into a safe position though.
Bastardi working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Fury doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Fury manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Nevar Fury is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Fury throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Fury walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Bastardi checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Bastardi takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Fury thumps Bastardi with a low kick.
Bastardi looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Fury is fending him off so far but Bastardi persists. Nope, Fury circles away and we're back to standing.
Bastardi walks into a straight right hand from Fury.
Bastardi shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Fury but Fury pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Bastardi tries to score a power double leg takedown but Fury sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bastardi somewhat.
Nevar Fury has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lino Bastardi.
Bastardi shoots in looking for a takedown but Fury manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Bastardi's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bastardi accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

OK we're going to have a standup here. Lino Bastardi hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Bastardi closes the distance and clinches up with Fury, looking for a takedown. Bastardi pushes Fury against the ropes but Fury circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Bastardi misses with a head kick.

A nice inside leg kick there by Fury. That's going to slow Bastardi down.
Fury stalks Bastardi and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Bastardi's face. Bastardi staggers backwards, shaken.
Bastardi shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Bastardi was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Fury is in all sorts of trouble here.

Bastardi jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Fury is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Fury and Bastardi has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Fury got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bastardi has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Fury has managed to get both his arms back between Bastardi's legs - danger averted.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Nevar Fury.
I think Bastardi has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
