Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Weston Markson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trip Kenzie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Markson's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, WHen your young. Trip Kenzie is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Richard Clark and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kenzie moves into the clinch.
Markson tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Kenzie just stands there and leans against the cage.
Markson is looking for a takedown.
Kenzie has hold of one of Markson's legs. Markson is fighting the takedown attempt but Kenzie gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Kenzie got a little sloppy there for a moment and Markson has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kenzie has managed to get both his arms back between Markson's legs - danger averted.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kenzie feints and as Markson raises his hands in defense, Kenzie changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Markson can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Kenzie controls the pace.
Kenzie decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Markson, up you get!

Markson wants to improve his position but Kenzie is controlling well.

and Kenzie counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Markson shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Kenzie counters by moving into the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Weston Markson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Markson is trying to push Kenzie away but Kenzie has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Markson changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Kenzie fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Markson fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Kenzie avoids it really well and circles away.

Markson on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Markson tries to get out of the position.
Kenzie has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Markson's face.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Kenzie tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Kenzie scores with a couple of good head shots there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Trip Kenzie dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Markson gets caught flat footed, as Kenzie shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
It looks like Weston Markson has been cut.
Markson has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Kenzie is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Markson.
Markson tries to buck Kenzie off but Kenzie is having none of it.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Weston Markson's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Trip Kenzie!
A relieved looking Trip Kenzie thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
