The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
LeBlanc dives in and grabs Boone's left leg, looking for a takedown. Boone pushes down on LeBlanc's head and hops out.
Boone stuffs the takedown.
Boone shoots in and gets a takedown into LeBlanc's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Boone has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of LeBlanc is proving hard to escape from.
LeBlanc is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Boone frees his head nicely. Oh but LeBlanc has switched to an armbar! Boone is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
