Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Buck Shmuck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Guy Downs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Buck Shmuck has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Buck Shmuck seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Downs tries for a takedown but Shmuck circles away easily
and Shmuck counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Downs!
Downs is working to get back to half guard.
Shmuck dominating with strikes here.
Downs regains half guard.
Downs keeps control of the position for the meantime.
Downs tries to get to full guard but Shmuck has control of the leg.
Shmuck is looking to take a break and control but Downs is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Shmuck wants to pass the guard but Downs is defending well.

Downs utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Downs is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Shmuck trying to control but Downs is working from the bottom.
Downs has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Shmuck should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Downs has tightened it up now! Shmuck should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
