Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jerry Cox! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Paul Aken and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Schindler scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Cox is defending against the submission attempts here by Schindler.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Schindler thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Cox's head. Schindler closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Schindler lands in his opponent's guard. Schindler has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Schindler working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Cox is trying to keep Schindler in close.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Kurt Schindler. Schindler is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Good shot there by Cox. Schindler shoots in looking for a takedown but Cox manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Schindler's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Cox was covering up waiting for the punch and Schindler finishes the takedown easily into guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Schindler is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Schindler is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Cox to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Cox shrugs it off. Cox really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Schindler. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Poor strikes thrown by Schindler there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Schindler controlling from mount. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Schindler has hold of Cox's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Cox manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Jerry Cox has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Schindler controlling the pace for now.
And that's the end of the fight! Kurt Schindler showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Schindler, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
