The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shamrock moves out of range of the strikes.
Shamrock moves away from the strike by Green.
Shamrock tries for a takedown but Green sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Shamrock on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Shamrock shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Green but Green pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Green on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Green tries to get out of the position.
Shamrock is trying to get an arm triangle but Green is defending well.

Shamrock thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Shamrock has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Green is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Shamrock yanks on the arm and Green is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Shamrock.
