Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ronald Coleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rico Ramos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramos throws a left and a right that both miss
and Coleman counters with a body kick that stops Ramos in his tracks momentarily.
Ramos shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Coleman pinned against the cage. Coleman gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Rico Ramos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ramos misses with a few strikes there.

and Coleman finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Ramos throws a series of punches but Coleman avoids them all with ease.
Coleman is looking to clinch.

Coleman stuffs the takedown attempt from Ramos. Ramos gets slowly back to his feet.
Ronald Coleman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rico Ramos.
Ramos shoots in looking for a takedown but Coleman manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Ramos's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Coleman's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Ramos tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Coleman smiles and moves away.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Ronald Coleman will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Coleman tries to clinch there but Ramos circles away.

Coleman tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Ramos manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Ramos swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Ramos misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Coleman slips under a jab.
Coleman darts in trying to clinch
and Ramos counters with a left to the body.
Coleman tries to clinch but Ramos moves out of range.
Ramos lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Coleman circles away quickly and effectively.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

The referee calls for Coleman to work.

Ramos has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Coleman after a bit of a struggle.
Ramos is trying to pull guard but Coleman has him pressed against the cage.
The referee is keeping an eye on Coleman - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Ramos ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Ramos no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

And that's the end of the fight!
