Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pappy Shrew (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jurij Vitalenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shrew's entrance music is In The Morning. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vitalenko swings widly with a right hand
and Shrew connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Shrew misses with a straight left.
Shrew throws a shot from downtown. Vitalenko moves away and avoids it.
Shrew throws out a loose jab but Vitalenko uses good head movement to avoid it.
Shrew lands an overhand right.
Shrew misses with a hook to the body
letting Vitalenko counter with a right hand.
Shrew throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Vitalenko.
Vitalenko ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Shrew moves away.
A jab from Shrew does it's job there.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Vitalenko looks to throw the jab but Shrew is out of range.
Shrew checks a leg kick.
Vitalenko lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Shrew circles away quickly and effectively.

Vitalenko looks to land a body kick but Shrew moved away.
Shrew misses with a looping right.
Vitalenko missing with a left hand there. Shrew was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Vitalenko rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Shrew moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Shrew throws a body punch but Vitalenko moves out of range.
Vitalenko throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Shrew misses the shot to the body.
Shrew shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Vitalenko pinned against the ropes. Vitalenko gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Vitalenko dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Shrew. That did some damage!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Shrew connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Shrew ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Shrew throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Vitalenko's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Shrew connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Vitalenko scrambles back to his feet.
Shrew scores with a hook.
Shrew lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Shrew scores with a shot to the body.
Vitalenko goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Vitalenko fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Shrew is out of range.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Vitalenko lands a right hook to the body.
Vitalenko throws a jab when Shrew was well out of range.
Shrew loads up on a big right hand but Vitalenko slips the punch.
Shrew misses with a few strikes there.
Shrew cracks Vitalenko with a right hand to the side of the head.
Vitalenko shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Shrew is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Vitalenko avoids the body shot from Shrew.
Shrew on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Vitalenko throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Shrew counters with a straight right hand.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Shrew fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Vitalenko manages to avoid it.

Vitalenko connects with a jab.
Shrew swings for the body but Vitalenko moves out of range.
Vitalenko moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Shrew misses with a left hand
and Vitalenko counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Shrew uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Vitalenko.
Shrew stuns Vitalenko with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Shrew keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Shrew lands with a hook. Vitalenko tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Vitalenko slips under a jab from Shrew.
Vitalenko tries a low kick but Shrew avoids it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Jurij Vitalenko will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Vitalenko ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

Vitalenko lands a big uppercut and Shrew crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Shrew looks OK. Vitalenko waves Shrew back to his feet!

Shrew is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Shrew connects with a single shot there.
Oh Shrew is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Shrew tries to clinch but Vitalenko moves away
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
That kick from Vitalenko tenderised Shrew's leg. Shrew is trying to keep his angry face on.
Shrew on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Vitalenko. Vitalenko obviously looking to wear him down.
Are you kidding me?! Vitalenko ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Shrew clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!
