Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Brett Helix (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kiser Sosa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sosa has chosen Fantasy as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brett Helix! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kiser Sosa! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Frank Dennis and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Helix scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Sosa shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Helix looks like he's trying to stand up.
Sosa tries to pass to full mount but Helix defends it. Helix keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount. Sosa is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sosa wants to work for an arm triangle but Helix is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Sosa passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Helix! Helix on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Helix tries to get out of the position. Sosa avoids the attempt from Helix to control. Sosa looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Helix is in all sorts of trouble here.
Sosa moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Helix has worked his arm free - good work by Helix!
Helix struggling a bit here. Sosa working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sosa is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Helix is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Sosa working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Sosa tries for a kimura but Helix is defending well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Helix is looking for a sweep. Helix is working hard here to advance position. Helix is not content to let Sosa control the position. Sosa is trying to get an arm triangle but Helix is defending well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kiser Sosa dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Helix tests Sosa's chin there with a solid looking shot. Helix defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Sosa. Helix misses with a wild body shot. Horrible takedown by Sosa or perhaps it was just good defense by Helix which made him look bad. Sosa moves out of range of the body kick from Helix.
Sosa gets the takedown into side control. Helix is not content to let Sosa control the position. Helix is looking to reverse the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Helix manages to work his way to half guard, despite Sosa's best efforts. Helix has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Sosa is working away from the top position though. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sosa is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Helix has managed to free his arm - good work. Sosa is thwarting Helix's attempts to control the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sosa thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Helix's head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sosa is working for a submission of some sort.
Helix trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
Sosa has control of Helix's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Helix regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Helix is wriggling around trying to escape.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sosa looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Helix is trying to escape the mount.
Sosa trying to control but Helix is having none of it. Sosa is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Helix can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Helix regains half guard. Sosa is thwarting Helix's attempts to control the position. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Sosa is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Helix sees it coming and defends easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kiser Sosa showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Helix misses with an uppercut. Sosa steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Helix. Helix bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. The crowd cheers as Helix lands an impressive looking overhand right. Sosa doesn't seem phased though. Nice sprawl there from Helix as Sosa shoots in. Sosa fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Helix throws a leg kick but Sosa checks it. Helix lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Helix circles away from the clinch attempt.
Helix misses with a left hand and Sosa counters with a shoot takedown. Helix fights it but they end up in guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Sosa looking to pass the guard. Sosa is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sosa trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Sosa advances to half guard. Sosa is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Kiser Sosa is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Helix tries to kick Sosa off but Sosa keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Sosa is looking to take a break and control but Helix is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Helix makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Helix. Helix is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Sosa is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Helix wants to stand up but Sosa is controlling him. Sosa passes Helix's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Brett Helix has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Sosa trying to pass the guard but Helix defending well. Sosa passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Helix!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sosa avoids the attempt from Helix to control. Helix gets back to half guard. Helix tries to get to full guard but Sosa has control of the leg. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Sosa is looking to take a break and control but Helix is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
And that's the end of the fight! Kiser Sosa comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Sosa winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
