Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
24 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Aiden ORielly!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
12 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jet Pan!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
ORielly throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Aiden ORielly seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Pan.
ORielly throws a series of punches but Pan moves out of range.
Pan misses with a low kick.
ORielly throws a body punch but Pan moves out of range.
Pan misses with a head kick.
Pan showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from ORielly.
ORielly throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Pan on the side of the head.
Pan lands with a slapping head kick.
Pan pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
ORielly bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Pan connects with a solid leg kick.
ORielly feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Pan's calf.
Pan throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
ORielly attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Good shot there by ORielly.

ORielly throws a predictable looking body shot
and Pan counters with a nice uppercut.
ORielly displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Pan throws out the jab.
ORielly tried to score with a low kick but Pan checks it.
Pan throws a leg kick but ORielly sees it coming and moves out of range.
Pan pulls out of a head kick attempt.
ORielly looks to land a left hand but Pan moved out of range nicely.
A looping hook to the body misses from ORielly. Pan does a little dance to reset his feet.
Pan misses with a body shot.
Horrible takedown by ORielly or perhaps it was just good defense by Pan which made him look bad.
ORielly drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
ORielly trying to control the position but Pan is working away.
Pan regains half guard.

Pan regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from ORielly.
ORielly works over Pan with some ground and pound from guard.
ORielly trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Pan avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Pan is trying to control the position from the bottom.
ORielly in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
ORielly throws a big elbow that misses.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as ORielly accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Pan has control of ORielly's left arm, preventing ORielly from doing any damage.

Pan keeping moving, preventing ORielly from controlling successfully.
Pan preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
ORielly throwing strikes but missing.
ORielly in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Pan looking to control.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Jet Pan was stalling too much, according to the referee.
ORielly tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Pan swivels and escapes.
ORielly throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

Pan throws a body kick that misses.
Pan lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Pan is looking to slow ORielly down with leg kicks.
Pan throws a sloppy head kick
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
ORielly moves out of range as Pan throws a body kick.
Pan jabbing away but nothing is landing.
ORielly tries to score with a low kick but Pan moves his leg out of the way.
Pan throws a sloppy head kick and ORielly moves out of range easily.
Pan slips a straight right by ORielly.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Pan takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
ORielly misses with a combination
and Pan counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
ORielly on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Pan throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Aiden ORielly will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Pan scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
ORielly shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than ORielly was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

ORielly lands a nice shot to the head.
Pan takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Pan is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A big strike lands for ORielly! That's really hurt Pan and he's turned his back - ORielly keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! ORielly jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
