Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Nikolino Visnjic!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ernesto Rutten!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Albert Achterberg and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rutten tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Visnjic swivels and escapes.
Oooooh!!! Visnjic has knocked Rutten down with a huge combo! Visnjic steps away and waves a wobbly Rutten back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
It looks like Ernesto Rutten has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Rutten fails with the takedown.
Rutten looking to score a takedown here. Visnjic is defending well but Rutten drives through and ends up in Visnjic's guard.
Visnjic wants to stand but Rutten is controlling the position.
Rutten throws a big right hand that misses.
Visnjic is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Rutten is pushing down on Visnjic's leg trying to pass to half guard. Visnjic is fighting to maintain full guard but Rutten has managed to sneak the leg through.
Rutten scoring with strikes to the body and head.
Rutten stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Visnjic to get to his feet.
Nikolino Visnjic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rutten on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Visnjic stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Visnjic's corner calls for a 1-2. Visnjic obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Rutten is rocked!
Visnjic lands with a right and another and another! Rutten is in big trouble! Visnjic lands again and this time it's lights out for Rutten! A quality knockout there for Visnjic.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Nikolino Visnjic!
Nikolino Visnjic decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
