Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Malcolm MacKay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Igor Kolobnev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). MacKay comes to the cage accompanied by Blood Of A Young Wolf - Buck 65. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sloppy strikes from Kolobnev. Those never looked like landing.

MacKay drops back looking for a leg! Kolobnev is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Kolobnev manages to kick MacKay off! MacKay jumps back into Kolobnev's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

MacKay has gone for a leg lock! Kolobnev slips out almost immediately though and dives into MacKay's guard.

MacKay bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kolobnev's guard.

Kolobnev really doesn't want to stay on the ground with MacKay. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

MacKay drops back, looking for a kneebar! Kolobnev looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Kolobnev looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Kolobnev!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

MacKay has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
