Far kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Slayed. Smurf has chosen Ignorance as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smurf checks the leg kick.

Far moves into the clinch.

Far breaks from the clinch.

Smurf gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Far tries to land a knee to the head but Smurf blocks with his arms.
Smurf is trying to stall.
Smurf can't get the takedown.
Far tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Smurf misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Far.
A short right from Far.
A nice right hand lands inside from Far.


It looks like Pappa Smurf has been cut.
Far lands a shoulder strike.
Smurf taking a breather.
Smurf can't break the clinch.
Nice elbow from Far.
Far scores with a shoulder strike.

That's one minute gone in the round.
The referee calls for Far to work.
Far scores with a shot to the side of Smurf's head.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Far creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.


That has opened up Pappa Smurf's cut even more.
Smurf blocks the elbow strike.
Far lands a shoulder strike.
Far pushes Smurf back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Far is pushing Smurf up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Far lands an elbow inside.
Far is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Far working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Far scores a nice knee to the body.
Smurf looks gassed!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Far lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Far lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Smurf backwards.


The cut above Pappa Smurf's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Far lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Far lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Far throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Smurf blocks it with crossed arms.

Far pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Still in the clinch, Far scores with a nice short uppercut.
Far tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Far lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Far misses with a knee to the head.
Far using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Smurf has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Far stalling the fight.
Far lands with a light punch inside.


Pappa Smurf's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
A short uppercut from Far.
Smurf takes an elbow to the forehead.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Pappa Smurf's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Jason Far!
After the fight, Jason Far was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
