Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Henley Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jesse Morgan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Morgan's choice of entrance music: Pendulum - Witchcraft. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Jesse Morgan!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Sam Margolis and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morgan rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Harris moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Harris gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Morgan counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Harris tries for a takedown but Morgan sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Harris moves away from the strike by Morgan.
Harris has his takedown stuffed
letting Morgan counter with a right hand.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Henley Harris. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Harris doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Morgan counters with a series of strikes. Harris will be more careful next time no doubt.
Morgan closes the distance and clinches.
Morgan breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Harris is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Morgan doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Harris.
Morgan is defending against the submission attempts here by Harris.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Harris is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Morgan is just riding it out for now. Harris eventually gives up the hold.

Jesse Morgan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Harris tries to close the distance and clinch up but Morgan swats him away and circles back towards the center.

and Morgan counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Morgan lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

and Morgan counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Morgan has closed the distance and engaged Harris in a clinch.
Harris drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Morgan gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Morgan is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Harris had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Harris jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Morgan walks away with a smile on his face. Harris gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Harris is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Morgan can do anything to dispel that myth.

Jesse Morgan seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Harris tries to score a power double leg takedown but Morgan sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Harris somewhat.

Morgan smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Harris changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Morgan looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Harris is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Morgan knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Morgan is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Harris has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Harris working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Henley Harris overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Morgan wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!

Harris has hold of Morgan's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Morgan seems comfortable defending it but Harris has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Morgan is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Morgan is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Harris couldn't care less - he's delighted!
