Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Aewult Byrne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nathan Stokes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stokes has chosen TNT - AC/DC as his entrance music. The key to victory for Aewult Byrne has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Nathan Stokes!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Colin Fotheringham and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stokes fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Stokes misses with a takedown
and Byrne counters with a nice uppercut.

and Byrne counters with a good low kick that Stokes was not able to check.
Aewult Byrne has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nathan Stokes.

Stokes shoots for a double leg takedown but Byrne sprawls well. He's pushed Stokes's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Byrne escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Stokes gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Byrne had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Stokes defends it easily.
Stokes is pushing down on Byrne's leg trying to pass to half guard. Byrne is fighting to maintain full guard but Stokes has managed to sneak the leg through.

Byrne flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Byrne is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Stokes pulls his head out easily.
Stokes thows a huge punch but Byrne dodges it nicely.
Stokes slips a nice elbow through Byrne's hands, connecting with Byrne's forehead.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Aewult Byrne will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Stokes throws a combination that misses
and Byrne counters with a straight right hand.
Byrne tries a head kick but it misses.
Byrne throws a nice looking combination but Stokes bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Byrne swats away the attempt to clinch by Stokes.
Nathan Stokes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Byrne misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Stokes.
Stokes walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

and Stokes counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Byrne!
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Byrne tries to reverse the position but Stokes maintains control.

Byrne is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes.
Stokes connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Stokes lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Stokes lands with some strikes.
Stokes working away from the top, dropping strikes.
Byrne is rocked!
Stokes is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Oh Byrne is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Stokes postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Byrne in real trouble here! The ref calls for Byrne to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:39 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Nathan Stokes!
Nathan Stokes really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Fossington & Blythe: Gentlemen's Fight Attire logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
