Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ricardo Nogueira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roman Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Roman Davis was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
19 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Ricardo Nogueira! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
18 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Roman Davis! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Phil Schofield and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Davis misses with a head kick.
Davis gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Nogueira preventing the sweep. Nogueira throws a big right hand that misses. Davis is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Davis is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Nogueira pushes down on Davis's leg and manages to get into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Davis manages to get to full guard.
Davis has momentary wrist control but Nogueira slips an elbow through the middle. Nogueira working some strikes from top position. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Nogueira wants to pass the guard but Davis is keeping the position. Davis looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Nogueira throws a big right hand that misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Davis had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Nogueira defends it easily. Nogueira working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Davis working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Nogueira doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Nogueira manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Nogueira looking to pass the guard. Nogueira is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Davis has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Nogueira is looking to defend but Davis has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Nogueira! Davis pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Nogueira taps out and this one is all over!
