Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Cotton Mather (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zack Gomez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gomez has chosen PAIN as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gomez fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Mather avoids it really well and circles away.
A jab from Mather does it's job there.
Gomez throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Mather darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Gomez shoots in for a takedown but Mather shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Mather bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

It looks like Zack Gomez has been cut.
Gomez misses with a head kick.
Mather is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Mather lands a really nice looking cross but Gomez seems unphased.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Mather keeps the fight on the outside.
Mather scores with a nice right hand.
Gomez fails with an attempt to clinch.
Gomez takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Mather ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Gomez walks into a jab.

Ouch! a nice leg kick from Gomez, right into the meat.
Mather gets in close and tags Gomez with a short punch that almost sends Gomez to the mat! Oh Gomez is in big trouble! He turns his back on Mather, trying to create some distance but Mather rushes him, striking wildly and Gomez goes down! The referee tackles Mather into the cage to end the fight! Mather is one violent man!
