King comes to the cage accompanied by It's a fight!!!. Johnny Munoz looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Canyon Mikel Scott King!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Johnny Munoz!
The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Paul Gruel and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Munoz keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
King tries for a takedown but Munoz sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Sloppy strikes from King. Those never looked like landing.
King tests Munoz's chin there with a solid looking shot.
King fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Munoz sprawls well initially but King persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
King perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
King's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Munoz tries to kick King off but King keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Canyon Mikel Scott King has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Munoz lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but King circles away quickly and effectively.
King takes the fight into the clinch.
Munoz prevents a body shot from King.
King works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

Munoz uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from King.
King closes the distance and clinches up with Munoz, looking for a takedown. King pushes Munoz against the cage but Munoz circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

King scores with a nice strike.
King has a takedown stuffed.
King changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Munoz takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
King works the jab nicely.
Munoz is rocked!
Munoz drops his hands momentarily. King doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Munoz staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Munoz doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
