The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kessel misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Rex fails to land with a series of punches.
Rex tries to bum rush Kessel with a series of wild strikes but Kessel uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Rex keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Rex slips a jab and a cross from Kessel.
Kessel throws a hook but Rex avoids it easily.
Kessel swings for the body but Rex moves out of range.
Rex slips a jab from Kessel.
Kessel defending well as Rex loads up on a big left hand.
Kessel lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Rex thows a body shot but no joy.
Kessel throws a series of punches but Rex avoids them all with ease.
Rex dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Kessel is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

It looks like Henrik Kessel has been cut.
Rex looks to land a combination but Kessel avoids it well.
Rex keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Kessel.
Rex stuns Kessel with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Kessel misses with a body punch
and Rex counters with a crisp one two that drops Kessel! Rex thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Kessel to his feet! Kessel is in big trouble!

Rex misses the shot to the body.

and Kessel counters with a left and a right that stings Rex.
Kessel fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Rex delivers a nice body kick.
Rex looks to land a left hand but Kessel moved out of range nicely.
Rex throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Oooooh!!! Rex has knocked Kessel down with a huge combo! Rex steps away and waves a wobbly Kessel back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Kessel is still on wobbly legs! Can Rex finish him?
Rex knocks out Kessel with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Rex before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Rex picks up the big W with a huge KO!
