Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Donald Stewart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Hudock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stewart's entrance music is Celly cel - Its Goin Down Tonight . A fine choice. Hudock has chosen Dark Tranquillity - Her Silent Language as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Jack Hudock enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Donald Stewart! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jack Hudock! The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, John Roberts and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hudock pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Stewart back to the cage. Hudock follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Stewart throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Hudock drives through with a takedown into Stewart's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Stewart can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Hudock controls the pace. Stewart on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Stewart tries to get out of the position. Stewart looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Hudock trying to control the position from guard on top but Stewart is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Stewart throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hudock sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Stewart's guard. Hudock is looking for a kimura but Stewart is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Hudock to get the leverage. Stewart actively working from the bottom here. Hudock prevents Stewart from improving his position. Stewart is looking to control Hudock's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Stewart avoid being mounted? Stewart wants to improve his position but Hudock is controlling well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stewart is defending against the submission attempts here by Hudock.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Stewart wants to get back to full guard. Hudock is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Stewart has managed to free his arm - good work. Hudock is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Stewart is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Hudock is trying to control the action in half guard but Stewart is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Stewart is looking to improve his position.
Stewart knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hudock on the ground. Hudock trying to control the action but Stewart is working from the bottom. Hudock is working for a submission of some sort.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stewart is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Hudock's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Hudock's back! Stewart wants to control but Hudock is keeping busy. Hudock trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble. Stewart biding his time, looking for the opening.
Hudock is trying to break free.
Stewart has Hudock flattened out and is raining down punches. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Stewart trying desperately to keep hold of the dominant position.

Hudock looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment. Hudock tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hudock is squirming around, avoiding Stewart's attempts to control the action. The referee warns Hudock that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Hudock bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Stewart looking to hit a scissor sweep but Hudock is one step ahead there. Hudock is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Hudock preventing the sweep. Hudock passes Stewart's left leg - he's now in half guard. Hudock is working for a submission of some sort.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hudock trying to control the pace. Hudock prevents Stewart from improving his position. Hudock is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Stewart doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Hudock. Stewart tries to roll over but Hudock keeps him under control. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Stewart works his way to full guard. Good work. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Stewart is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Stewart is trying to control the position from the bottom.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Jack Hudock will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Stewart throws a body punch but Hudock moves out of range. Hudock throws a shot from downtown. Stewart moves away and avoids it. Stewart loads up on a big right hand but Hudock slips the punch. Stewart connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Hudock momentarily.
Stewart scores with a hook. Stewart misses with a lunging right hand
and Hudock counters with a nice double leg into guard. Hudock tries to free his leg and advance position but Stewart is retaining full guard. Stewart looking to hit a scissor sweep but Hudock is one step ahead there. Stewart controls Hudock momentarily but Hudock frees himself. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Hudock pushing down on Stewart's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Stewart gets full guard. Hudock trying to control the position from guard on top but Stewart is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Stewart is on top in guard.
Jack Hudock has got the better of the ground game so far. Hudock looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Stewart passes into side control.
Stewart tries to move into full mount but can't pass Hudock's legs. Stewart is working hard here to advance position. Hudock tries to bench press Stewart off him but Stewart keeps the position. Stewart throws an elbow but Hudock slips to the side and avoids it well. Stewart staying calm. Stewart trying to control the position but Hudock is working away. Hudock is looking to reverse the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hudock sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Stewart lands a nice short elbow. Stewart tries to pass the half guard into mount. Hudock knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Stewart wants to control but Hudock is keeping him busy. Stewart wants to pass to mount but Hudock is defending the position. Hudock keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Hudock won't allow Stewart to pass to mount. Hudock gets full guard. Hudock working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Stewart doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Hudock is tightening it up a little... Stewart has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Stewart reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Stewart taps out! Nice BJJ there by Hudock!
