Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Stuart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Searing (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brian Searing will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ryan Stuart! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Brian Searing! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Paulsen Ambrosius and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stuart moves out of range as Searing throws a body kick.
Searing fails in his attempt to clinch. Stuart moves into range and clinches up with Searing. Stuart leaning against his opponent.
Searing has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Stuart regains guard immediately. Stuart wriggles free and stands up. Searing fails with the takedown and Stuart counters with a leg kick. Searing scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Searing circles away from the clinch attempt.
Searing rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Stuart moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Stuart clinches up against the cage. Searing tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Stuart's elbow. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Stuart pulls Searing into guard.
Stuart has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stuart has his foot on Searing's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Searing works his way back into a safe position though. Searing must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Stuart looking to hit a scissor sweep but Searing is one step ahead there. Searing throws an elbow that misses. Stuart uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Searing's guard. Nice move by Stuart! Stuart advances position into side control! Stuart lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stuart remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Searing takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Stuart working the ground and pound from side control. Stuart is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Searing will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. Searing wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Searing looks gassed! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Stuart controls the position. Searing on the wrong end of some ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stuart scores with punches from side control. Stuart lands a decent elbow from side control. Stuart landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Searing really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Stuart. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Stuart controls the position from side control. Stuart has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Stuart is looking to take a break and control but Searing is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Searing taking a bit of punishment here - Stuart scoring with strikes. Stuart happy to just control the position for now. Stuart cracks Searing with an elbow. That is naaassty.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stuart remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Stuart working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Searing takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Searing gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! A nice elbow there by Stuart. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Stuart controlling his opponent. Stuart breaks from Searing's wrist control and lands an elbow. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ryan Stuart dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Searing changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Stuart tries to avoid it but Searing manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Stuart to the ground. Stuart escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Stuart throws a series of punches but Searing moves out of range. Stuart rushes Searing and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Searing tries for a takedown. No joy.
Stuart's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Stuart tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Stuart has managed to clinch.
Stuart is working for takedown but Searing is calmly controlling the position for now. Stuart jumps into guard, dragging Searing to the mat.
Searing trying to control the position from guard on top but Stuart is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Searing is breathing heavily. Stuart bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Searing's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stuart is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Stuart not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Stuart drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Stuart jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Stuart with a flurry of punches that miss. Stuart trying to control the position from guard on top but Searing is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Stuart content to stall in guard here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Ryan Stuart. Searing avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Searing fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Ryan Stuart has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brian Searing. Stuart forces Searing back against the cage and clinches. Stalling in the clinch from Stuart.
Stuart has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Searing uses from the top position. Stuart controlling the position. Stuart is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Searing can do to turn this around? Searing trying to control the position from guard on top but Stuart is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Stuart pushes Searing off and gets back to his feet.

Stuart gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Stuart is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Searing is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Searing wants to stand up but Stuart is controlling him.
That's four minutes gone in the round. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Searing can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Stuart controls the pace.
We're going to have a standup here because Ryan Stuart wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Stuart gets in close and instigates a clinch. Stuart connects with a knee to the head.

Stuart has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Searing is trying to keep an underhook but Stuart manages to get the takedown into half guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Stuart's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ryan Stuart dominated that second round. That's time! Back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Stuart wants to clinch. Searing shoots in for a double leg but Stuart sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Stuart is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Searing misses with a double jab.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A punch combination from Searing misses. Searing takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Searing misses with a takedown and Stuart counters with a slapping leg kick. Ryan Stuart seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Stuart forces Searing back against the cage and clinches.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stuart breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Stuart feints and as Searing raises his hands in defense, Stuart changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Stuart controls from within his opponent's guard. Stuart lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Stuart advances position into side control! Stuart controls the position. Stuart advances nicely into full mount. BOOM! Stuart connects with a massive shot to the dome!
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Stuart punishing his opponent with strikes. Stuart with shots to the head and body - Searing looks very uncomfortable down there. Stuart takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Stuart is in the full mount, landing strikes. Stuart landing strikes, looking to finish! Stuart in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Searing is rocked! Stuart lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Searing is still in real trouble! Can Stuart finish him? Stuart is landing with some decent strikes but Searing is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Stuart postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Searing bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Stuart and the fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:56 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ryan Stuart!
