Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Silas Mayne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Retrams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alex Retrams will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Gwen Towbar and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mayne rushes Retrams and presses him up against the cage.
Retrams wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Mayne has him pressed against the cage.
Retrams tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Mayne just stands there and leans against the cage.
Mayne breaks from the clinch.
Mayne clinches with his opponent.
Retrams swings wildly with an uppercut but Mayne uses good head movement to avoid it.
Mayne has clasped his hands together around Retrams's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Retrams manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Mayne takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Retrams wants to control but Mayne is keeping busy.
Mayne trying to mount his opponent but Retrams defends it.
Mayne scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Mayne prevents Retrams from improving his position.
Retrams avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Mayne.
Retrams is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Mayne throws a head kick but Retrams moves out of range.
Mayne looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Alex Retrams seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Retrams looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mayne is fending him off so far but Retrams persists. Nope, Mayne circles away and we're back to standing.
Mayne lands a lovely overhand right.
It looks like Alex Retrams has been cut.
Mayne avoids a punch combination nicely.
Retrams scores with a jab. Mayne acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
It looks like Silas Mayne has been cut.
Mayne gets a clinch.
Retrams throws a head punch that misses.
Retrams is trying to break the clinch but Mayne has him pressed against the cage.
Mayne has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Retrams clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Mayne lands strikes to the head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Retrams tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!
Mayne looking to control but Retrams is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Retrams can't escape the position.
Retrams is bucking up trying to escape but Mayne cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Retrams is trying desperately to improve position.
Mayne landing punches.
Mayne scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Retrams is rocked!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mayne is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Retrams can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Retrams is still in real trouble! Can Mayne finish him?
Mayne knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Retrams on the ground.

Mayne lands a big elbow - Retrams is in trouble! More strikes from the mount and Retrams is forced to tap out!
