Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Diego Brandao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wand Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Dillan Fox and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brandao instigates a clinch.
Silva manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Brandao has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Silva after a bit of a struggle.

Silva is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Silva shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Brandao manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Brandao wants to get back to his feet but Silva is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Brandao shoots in looking for a takedown. Silva tries to sprawl out of it but Brandao keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Silva manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Silva is trying to drag Brandao to the mat but Brandao just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Silva shoots in looking for a takedown but Brandao manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Silva's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Brandao shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Silva but Silva pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Brandao changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Silva tries to avoid it but Brandao manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Silva to the ground. Silva escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Brandao keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Horrible takedown by Silva or perhaps it was just good defense by Brandao which made him look bad.
