Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A good leg kick by Hall.

Hall rushes Flanders and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Hall wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Hall is fighting off a takedown attempt but Flanders is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Hall to the mat. Hall regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Flanders postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Hall is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Flanders, into his guard.

Flanders tries to move to mount but Hall blocks the move with his legs.

Flanders tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Flanders swings around for an armbar but Hall sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Flanders's guard.

Flanders is looking for a triangle but Hall pushes his legs off easily.

Flanders is trying to control the position but Hall postures up.

Flanders has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hall can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Hall moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Flanders.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Flanders can do anything to dispel that myth.

Flanders tries to get to full guard but Hall has control of the leg.
Flanders is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Hall's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Hall's back!

Flanders seems to be going for a rear naked choke. He has an arm under Hall's chin but Hall turns very nicely into Flanders's guard. Good BJJ skills being displayed there by Hall.

Hall wants to get back to his feet but Flanders drags him back down.
