Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

7 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Stuart Ward! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! God throws a low kick but Ward moves out of range easily. Ward slips under a jab from God. God throws a hook but Ward avoids it easily. God throws a jab when Ward was well out of range. Ward tries a head kick but it misses.
Ward tries to move into range but God moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. God avoids the body shot from Ward.
Ward scores with a crisp jab that stopped God in his tracks. God bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Ward misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Nice shot lands for God. God scores with a nice strike. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A left lands for God. Ward fails with a takedown attempt. Ward scores with a head kick. God tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ward shoots in looking for a takedown but God manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Ward's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. That's four minutes gone in the round. Ward fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Ward drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Ward trying to control the position from guard on top but God is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! God tries to land a sweep but no joy. God pulls Ward in close to prevent any damage. God has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! God keeping full guard, as Ward tries to pass. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ward closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. God slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. God seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. God lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Ward! Ward wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by God.

That's two minutes gone in the round. God lands a heavy elbow. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! God content just to control the position here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ward really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
God throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. God tries to control but Ward wriggling away. God looking to control and managing it successfully. God unloads with some shots from mount but Ward bucks and avoids them well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. God controlling his opponent. God throws a sloppy strike and Ward uses the opportunity to reverse the position! A bit of a scramble here and Ward has ended up in God's guard.
God looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Gully God has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. God throws a looping overhand right but Ward ducks down to avoid it. God misses with a jab, cross combination.

Stuart Ward seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. God will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

enabling God to counter with a crisp jab. Ward has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Ward there as he acknowledges the shot. God blocks a jab. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! God looks to throw the jab but Ward is out of range. The fight stays on the outside here - Ward looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Ward has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from God finds it's way round the side to connect with Ward's head. God swats away the attempt to clinch by Ward. God fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Ward slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Ward tries to clinch but God is having none of it. God avoids the body shot from Ward.

This has been an exciting period of action! God connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Ward's hands. God lands with a hook. Ward tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Good standup being displayed there by God as he connects with a hook. God keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Stuart Ward has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! God scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
And that's the end of the fight! Gully God showed his dominance in that final round. Well God has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
