Saint manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Saint throws a low kick, looking for Hayate's leg but Hayate calmly moves out of range.

Hayate is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

No luck with that takedown attempt from Hayate.

Hayate closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Hayate lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Saint down.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Saint seems a little lost for a moment, as Hayate dominates the positioning.
Saint really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hayate. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Hayate wants to lay and pray for a moment but Saint keeps working.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Hayate connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Saint some visible discomfort.
A big shot lands for Hayate! That's hurt Saint! Will he recover? Hayate fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!
