Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sergei Orlov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Knockout King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). King has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. This should be a great matchup!

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Knockout King! The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Orlov ducks under a wild hook from King. Orlov with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling King to score with a decent uppercut. Orlov shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. King manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Orlov controls from within his opponent's guard. King looks gassed! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Sergei Orlov just wasn't active enough. Orlov drives through with a takedown into guard. Orlov slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Orlov might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Wow, both these guys are really going for it! King is breathing heavily. Orlov feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
