Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Silver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Mallon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mallon is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: im not afraid. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that John Mallon was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
17 - 9 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, John Silver! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, John Mallon! The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Igor Prikhodko and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Silver shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Mallon sprawls well. Mallon wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Silver gets slowly back to his feet. Mallon is looking to clinch but Silver is avoiding it.
Silver lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Silver looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Silver throws a leg kick but Mallon sees it coming and moves out of range. Mallon lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Mallon on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Silver. Silver obviously looking to wear him down.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Mallon misses with an uppercut. Silver saw that one coming. John Silver seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Silver throws a head kick that misses. Silver keeps the fight on the outside. Mallon throws an overhand right that lands on Silver's shoulder, as Silver tries to avoid the shot. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Silver lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Mallon has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Mallon and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Silver throws a sloppy head kick and Mallon moves out of range easily. Silver looks for a takedown but Mallon sprawls well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mallon keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Silver throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Silver slips under a jab. Mallon rushes Silver and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Mallon working aggressively here.
Silver wants to break the clinch but can't.
Mallon fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Silver wants to break free but Mallon has control.
Silver is looking to break free of the clinch but Mallon has double underhooks. Mallon scores with a shot to the side of Silver's head. Mallon tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Mallon swings wildly with an uppercut but Silver uses good head movement to avoid it. Mallon misses with a hook from the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Silver blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Mallon throws a head punch that misses. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Mallon. Mallon lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Silver backwards. Mallon lands a nice uppercut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Silver blocking some punches.

Silver blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Mallon breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Silver throws a half hearted mid kick. Mallon stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Silver. A swing and a miss from Mallon. Silver throws a push kick but Mallon slaps the foot to one side. Silver's corner calls for a 1-2. Silver obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
It looks like John Mallon has been cut. Silver seems to be stalking Mallon here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Mallon drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). John Silver! A relieved looking John Silver thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
