Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Arvi Lind and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maxwell walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Maxwell shoots in for a double leg but Gomez sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Maxwell shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Gomez makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Gomez goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Felipe Ferra Gomez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Maxwell slips a straight right by Gomez.
