The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Markson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Markson lands with a kick to the temple. Bob shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Bob is trying hard to land a takedown here. Markson sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
John Markson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bob sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Bob stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Markson.
Markson lands a jab to the nose.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bob shoots in looking for a takedown. Markson tries to sprawl out of it but Bob keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Markson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Markson lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Markson lands a right hook to the body.
Markson circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Bob drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Markson follows Bob to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!

John Markson bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
