Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mauricio Nicolosi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Justin Case (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nicolosi's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, All The Above - by Maino. Case has chosen Aki & Turo - Mahtisonni as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nicolosi waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Case.
Case cracks Nicolosi with a good jab.
Case throws an overhand right that lands on Nicolosi's shoulder, as Nicolosi tries to avoid the shot.
Nicolosi scores with a hook.
Case uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Nicolosi has time to react.
Nicolosi slips a straight right by Case.
Nicolosi fails with a takedown attempt.
Case pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Case jabs Nicolosi right on the nose. Nicolosi blinks but takes it well.
It looks like Mauricio Nicolosi has been cut.
Nicolosi tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Case was well out of range. Poor timing from Nicolosi.

Case lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Nicolosi circles away quickly and effectively.

Case throws the left hand but Nicolosi avoids the punch easily.

Nicolosi uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Case.
Case throws a series of punches but Nicolosi moves out of range.

Case smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Case swings and misses with a shot to the body
enabling Nicolosi to counter with a crisp jab.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Case connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Nicolosi momentarily.
Case might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Case throws a poor cross that misses
and Nicolosi counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Nicolosi.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Case.
Nicolosi has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Case clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Case tries to break free.
Nicolosi is persistently looking for the submission but Case is defending it well.
Case wants to get back to his feet.

Case is really stuck here.
Nicolosi is trying to stick to Case's back but Case is turning into Nicolosi. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Nicolosi's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Case.

Nicolosi is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Case is aware though and is defending well.
Case trying to control but Nicolosi is working from the bottom.

Case must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Nicolosi manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Case manages to get himself to full guard.

Case is looking to stand up but Nicolosi isn't so interested in that idea.

Nicolosi thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Nicolosi sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Case's guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Nicolosi thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Case's head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Case wants to control but Nicolosi is keeping busy.
Nicolosi seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Case is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
